Dr. Eleanor Rolnick
"Dr. Ellie", as she is fondly known by her patients, is a 1979 graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, Missouri. Her personal health issues as a teenager inspired her to pursue Chiropractic as a career. Finding relief for debilitating menstrual cramps as well as headaches and fatigue convinced her of the body’s ability to heal itself if nerve interference is removed. Her goal upon entering Chiropractic School was to help as many people as possible to feel as good as she did after her first few months of Chiropractic Care. She began her practice in Biddeford soon after graduation in February of 1980.
Dr. Ellie specializes in gentle, low-force, instrument assisted adjusting techniques. She also councils her patients on nutrition, exercise, and rehabilitation. She is past president of the Maine Chiropractic Association and is currently a member of the MCA as well as the International Chiropractic Association and the Chiropractic Alliance of Maine. Originally from Bangor, her love of the ocean drew her to Southern Maine. She is married to Ben Caron, co-owner of “Caron Brothers, Fine Homes By Design”. They have 2 sons. Dr. Ellie is an avid student of the martial arts and holds a black belt in Shaolin Kempo Karate. She is currently expanding her studies to include Jui Jitsu and T’ai Chi. She also enjoys singing,
jogging, playing the piano, composing music, reading and spending time with her family.

Pam Gaudette
Pam has been with Rolnick Chiropractic for over 24 years. She and her then 5-year old son began care here in 1983. We were thrilled that she decided she wanted to work in a Chiropractic office. Pam has worked in almost every possible capacity in the office. Currently she holds the front desk Chiropractic Assistant position as well as heads the Billing Department. She is a Certified Clinical Chiropractic Assistant (C.C.C.A.) and is registered with the State of Maine. She has attended many post graduate programs and continues to increase her knowledge to better serve our patients. She is a past president of the Maine Chiropractic Assistants Association. She also held the vice-president position.
Pam and her husband, Dick, have been married for 34 years. They have one son. In her spare time, Pam enjoys traveling, especially cruising, reading, watching movies, exercising, Bingo, shopping and being with friends and family. She is also a member of the Biddeford 50 + Club. Pam is an avid Red Sox fan.

Doreen Dube
Her personal story as a patient includes prevention of foot surgery, the ability to get out of bed without extreme pain and a renewed outlook of all life has to offer.
As our New Patient Coordinator, Doreen streamlines the new patient experience by assisting with exams, answering questions and providing patient education. She also reviews exercises with patients and provides other clinical needs in the office. Doreen is a Certified Clinical Chiropractic Assistant (C.C.C.A.) and is registered with the State of Maine. Doreen lives in Biddeford with her husband, 2 children and their dog, Tucker. She loves to read and can be found curled up with a book almost daily. Through most of the year she can be found at one of her children's soccer games cheering them on to victory. She also enjoys making puzzles, playing cards and laughing with family and friends.

Sue Hunt
Sue is our newest Chiropractic Assistant and lives in Saco with her husband Lloyd. They have three children and one grandchild. Sue loves animals and over the years has offered a home to horses, goats, dogs, cats, a hamster and parakeet. One of her most rewarding experiences was working with the therapeutic horseback riding program.
When she is not singing in church and community choirs, Sue loves to travel, scrapbook, collect Native American art and spend time with her family.

Diamond Speaks...
Hi! I am Diamond, Dr. Ellie's dog. My official title is 'greeter'. Most days I meet patients in the reception room as they come into the office. If you happen to catch me on my break, then I might be sleeping in the adjusting room.
A little about me... I am a low-key, gentle Yellow Labrador Retriever mix. I have won over the hearts of all our patients, even some that have been scared of dogs in the past. I am 4 years young. I cannot tell you how grateful I am to the 'Dogs Deserve Better' Program. I was abandoned outside of Bangor and was rescued by the program, given some love, food and a foster home in Saco. Once Doc Ellie heard about me, we met and I must have made a good impression because here I am! I am thrilled to be in a home and office full of love, attention and healing. There are so many other animals in various organizations that deserve and need love just like I did. Perhaps you could open your heart and home to an animal as well. Even if just one of you can make a difference in the life of another animal, this article will have been worth it for me. Please note that due to my sensative skin, it's important I don't eat treats. Thank you for thinking of me. See you at your next appointment!
