Today’s health tip is going to be broken up into bit size pieces for your consumption!!

Strengthening and improving how your metabolism works can help you to prevent CoVid-19 virus and many other diseases.  Intermittent fasting, time restricted eating, exercise and eating whole foods all help your metabolism function at a higher level and this will make your body stronger from stress.

Making your metabolism more efficient has shown major health benefits on the same lines as increasing immune system function.

Together, immune and metabolic function will make your body’s defense against viruses and bacteria tougher and give you greater health.

Vegetable oils, white flour and added sugars are a leading cause of heart disease and macular degeneration.  Vegetable oils (omega 6 fats) such as corn, sunflower, soybean, canola and cottonseed should be avoided at all costs. Replace with organic olive, coconut and walnut oil.
